When you join BLK Men in Tech today, you’ll get access to our:

• Peer Code Review Circles: members pair up or form small groups to review each other’s code projects during a scheduled session, using screen-share and collaborative notes to give constructive feedback and best-practice suggestions. This builds technical skills, sharpens code quality, and fosters mentorship through hands-on collaboration.
• Career Accelerator Workshop Series: a structured course of short video lessons plus live Q&A chat and periodic events focused on resume optimization, interview simulations, salary negotiation, and portfolio development tailored for Black men in tech. Participants gain practical career tools, confidence, and actionable plans to advance professionally.
• Industry Speaker Roundtables: regular events where experienced technologists present on niche topics (architecture, leadership, product strategy) followed by interactive discussion and small breakout mentoring groups to apply insights to personal career paths. This expands networks, exposes members to role models, and translates expertise into career growth.
